At Epic Finds Store, we understand that even the most passionate collectors sometimes need to make returns—whether you accidentally ordered a duplicate Pop! or the mint-condition item arrived with unexpected damage. Our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into packaging your collectibles.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery (because even superheroes need time to decide). All returns must be in their original packaging with all protective materials intact—think of it like preserving that precious Mint-In-Box status!

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the collectible market and our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Funko products (the box is part of the collectible value!)
  • Special edition or vaulted items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom items (these are as unique as SDCC exclusives)

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our Collector Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (we need to see the condition like grading a Pop!)
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Package Like a Pro

Once approved, repackage your item with:

  • Original packaging (that Pop! box is crucial!)
  • All protective materials (bubble wrap, hard stacks, etc.)
  • Include the original packing slip or RMA number we provide

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for another collectible? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired replacement item. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return—faster than a restock notification!

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the scrutiny of a Pop! authenticator):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your collectible arrived damaged or incorrect (rarer than a Chase variant but it happens), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “Funko Fundays”!
