We’re passionate about premium collectibles! Our focus is on high-quality pop culture items including Funko Pop! (with specializations in Ad Icons, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and more), LEGO sets, and other collector’s items. Each piece is curated with collectors in mind.
Where is Epic Finds Store located?
Our collector’s paradise is headquartered at 4224 Trainer Avenue, El Paso, US 61738. From here, we ship worldwide to fellow enthusiasts (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations).

Product Questions

How do I know your collectibles are authentic?
We guarantee 100% authenticity on all items. As collectors ourselves, we have zero tolerance for knock-offs. Every item is carefully inspected by our team before shipping, and we only source from authorized distributors.
Do you offer protective packaging for collectibles?
Absolutely! We treat every item with collector-level care:
  • Funko Pops are shipped with Pop Protectors
  • LEGO sets receive box protection
  • All items are packed with protective materials
Your collectibles arrive in the same condition we’d want to receive them.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two collector-focused shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping (Recommended): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Processing time is always 1-2 days as we carefully prepare your items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly serve collectors worldwide, though we currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. You’ll be notified during checkout if your address isn’t serviceable.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information the moment your collectible leaves our facility. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. EMS tracking is also available though sometimes with fewer updates.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your collectibles to you faster! If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for items that arrive not as described. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my collectible arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to make it right, whether through replacement (when available) or refund.
